Counseling for Individuals, Couples, & Families
At some points in our lives, we face fears and challenges that assume the form of questions, such as:
Am I a good enough parent?
What direction is this relationship headed?
How can I overcome this addiction?
Can I ever be loved and accepted?
How can I get him/her to understand me?
How can I cope with this loss?
It takes a great deal of courage to seek help when we need it.
When the damage seems irreparable, and the feelings overwhelming; when parents are on the verge of giving up on their parenting skills, and the children are considering running away from home; when a couple is tired of never understanding each other or speaking each other’s love language; when the dysfunctions in the family or the stressors of life have driven one into the ever-ready arms of addiction; when it seems like one cannot wake up from that dreaded nightmare of losing their loved one, my role as a counselor is to reinforce hope as we work towards recovery, healing, and change. I believe that we are capable to recover; we are capable to heal; and we are capable to change.
My name is Chidi Ndubueze. In my practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Alcohol Drug Mental Health Counselor (LADC/MH), I utilize an inclusive approach of counseling because I consider each individual unique.
My areas of concentration include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief recovery, stress/anger management, relationships, communication skills, parenting, substance abuse recovery, adjustment difficulties and other services.
